How often do you restock the machines?
We stock our machines everyday. Portions' products are handmade each morning with fresh ingredients in our kitchen and delivered Monday through Friday via refrigerated trucks to our Frigos. Our meals and snacks stay in our Kiosks from 24 to 48 hours, depending on the shelf life of the specific menu item and its ingredients. Maximum freshness is insured.
Do you provide cutlery?
We do! A folded plastic wrapped fork is tucked into our salads and bowls. We've got you covered.
What do you do with the old food?
When our team arrives at our kiosks, they remove the previous day's food and donate it to local food banks in Montreal. Expired food is composted whenever possible.
Where is the food made?
Our food is prepared and packed each day at the crack of dawn in our cooking facility located in Saint-Laurent.
Do you use organic ingredients?
Our ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible. We pride ourselves in using 100% natural ingredients with no preservatives. We use organic produce when we can, working closely with local hydroponic growhouses such as Lufa Farms and La Boîte Maraîchère to ensure that the freshest best quality fruits and vegetables are used.
Can I get a machine in my office building/school/location?

What do I do with my empty containers?
All of our jars & utensils are BPA-free and can be returned to the onsite recycling bins attached to each kiosk. We encourage our customers do so as we collect the empty containers and take them back to our kitchen facility to be power washed and sterilized before reuse. If you choose to keep your jar, they make wonderful containers. Make sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook to tag us in the creative ways that you’re reusing our jars!

Can you explain the pre-authorization fee?
Our machines currently pre-authorize a $15 transaction, reimbursing you the balance of your purchase in 24-48 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to change this system.
